for a good Coffee
MIXTURE
The choice of brand affect much on
coffee and do not affect only the price.
There are brands that are mixtures
containing varying the degree of
sweetness, etc.
CHOICE OF WATER
Even the water impact on yield of
coffee. The mineral water it makes it
slightly sweet. Instead 's tap water,
where chlorine makes it tough.
QUANTITY COFFEE
IN FILTER
If press too much coffee in the
filter, the flavor will be ruined. The
same thing happens if press little. The
ideal is to measure pressed with softness
using perhaps a coffee dispenser to adjust
the quantity.
MILLING
It must be very careful when making
the step of grinding.
When The coffee
grains are too large, it becomes less
soluble and the water cross it without
removing substances. If the grains are
fine, however the water will have to make
more effort to cross it and end it will
come out a drink that smells of burnt. The
ideal time for the extraction of coffee
ranges from 25 to 30 seconds and then the
machinery to grind the coffee should be
adjusted to allow time to achieve this.
If it dispensed at
15 seconds, mean that a part of precious
materials remained in minced coffee.
It means that the
drink will be unbalanced under the sensory
profile. In this case, the espresso coffee
will be shown more poor and more bitter.
Instead, if it has a 35 seconds of time
dispensed, from the minced coffee will be
taken the bad materials.
TEMPERATURE OF
WATER
The water temperature should be
between 85 °C and 92 °C.
DOSE OF COFFEE
GROUND
The dose of the ground must be at
least 6-7 grams.
TEMPERATURE IN
A CUP
The temperature of the coffee on the
cup should be around 65 °C.
